Robert Prager, President
Bob Prager is a leading expert in immigration bonds and co-founded ACTION Immigration Bonds & Insurance Services, Inc. In 1974, Bob and his wife co-founded Action International Insurance, Inc. which still remains the parent company for Action Immigration Bonds and Insurance Services, Inc. The two have helped ACTION become a leader in immigration bonding throughout the United States. Bob is very active with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and has been presenting at AILA conventions on the immigration bail bond process throughout the country for many years. Judy Prager, Vice President
Judy Prager is a compassionate, empathetic person who develops strong relationships with her clients. She loves and enjoys teaching—she taught school children in the early 1970s before co-founding ACTION Immigration Bonds & Insurance Services, Inc. with her husband, Bob. Judy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Queens College, along with a minor in psychology, and she graduated with Highest Honors. In addition to her strong interpersonal skills, Judy is a phenomenal underwriter and a tireless worker when it comes to protecting her immigration bail bond clients. Her immigration bail skills have been honed by study and experience--the immigration bond process has changed immensely since September 11, 2001, and Judy has stayed on top of all the changes. Judy anticipates problems before they happen, and that helps you. Judy maintains a Fire and Casualty license in the State of California, and also maintains a Property and Casualty license in many other states.

Jeremy Wolf, General Manager and CFO
Jeremy is on the forefront of the immigration bond industry and works directly with the immigration Bond Management Unit (BMU) in Washington, D.C. in an effort to automate the immigration bond process. Jeremy graduated from the University of Florida in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and joined ACTION shortly thereafter. Jeremy was recently named CFO and made part owner of ACTION Immigration Bonds & Insurance Services, Inc. and will be taking the company over in the near future. Among many other things, Jeremy specializes in dealing with the various Detention and Removal Operations (DRO) offices, bond control specialists, breached or forfeited bonds, removal defense, immigration detention centers and immigration attorneys including members of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association). Through years of networking and communicating with the various Governmental entities and attorneys, Jeremy has developed excellent contacts within Homeland Security. Jeremy continuously works directly with the U.S. Government to develop new programs, including E-Bonds, and make improvements on existing Government policy in order to help your loved one faster and more efficiently. Through Jeremy’s extensive network of contacts he can submit a bond request to the government in the morning, get that file transferred to the right place, that same day, and have your loved one out by the afternoon. Jeremy also oversees much of the sales and marketing for ACTION. He also maintains a Fire and Casualty license in the State of California as well as a Property and Casualty insurance license in more than thirty states.

Maryorie Melgarejo
Maryorie is the Office Manager for ACTION Immigration Bonds & Insurance Services, Inc., she joined the company in 2002. Maryorie, originally from Peru, is fluent in both English and Spanish and has recently become a United States citizen! Maryorie’s day-to-day duties include managing the entire office staff, as well as outside posting bail and insurance agents. Our posting agents deliver bond contracts (Form I 352) directly to the Detention and Removal Operations Office handling that particular Alien File. She works closely with each detention and removal office to help expedite the immigration bonding process. Maryorie’s primary goal is to expedite the release of your loved one as quickly as possible. Her close relationships with the various Deportation Officers, Detention and Removal Assistants and Bond Clerks, to name a few, greatly increase the chances of having your loved one home the same day you call. Maryorie is also the primary underwriter for ACTION and specializes in title searches, recording and risk assessment. Her dedication and training methods have greatly impacted the company and have helped to bring ACTION to where we are today.

Alex Escobar
Alex is the Assistant Manager at ACTION Immigration Bonds & Insurance Services, Inc., he joined the company in 2003. Alex checks all the bail bonds before they are filed to ensure the utmost accuracy. Alex was raised in Colombia and has been living in the United States for 10 years, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Alex has a real passion for the business and ultimately enjoys helping people have the chance to live legally in the United States. Alex always goes the extra mile for the client in order to get them released as quickly as possible so that they can effectively fight their case to stay in the United States. Alex is a licensed Bail and Property and Casualty insurance Agent.

Karen Osorio
Karen is the Assistant Credit Department Manager for ACTION Immigration Bonds & Insurance Services, Inc., she joined the company in 2008. Karen was raised in Peru and came to the United States at age 15, she went to high school in Davie where she currently resides. She speaks fluent English and Spanish. Karen assists Axel in checking all the credit cards and reports to find a solution as quickly as possible. She works hard to protect the money used to fund the bonds and keep the collateral covered. Karen is on the phone during much of her work day so you are quite likely to hear her pleasant voice when you call. Karen says her job is challenging but the greatest reward is helping people, doing her best to solve their problems.

Belkis Henriquez
Belkis is the Special Assistant to the Office Manager for ACTION Immigration Bonds & Insurance Services, Inc., she joined the company in 2008. Belkis is fluent in English and Spanish and was raised in Honduras. Belkis is Maryorie’s right-hand woman and helps the office run smoothly.

Ted Moss
Ted is the Southeast Regional Director for ACTION Immigration Bonds & Insurance Services, Inc., he specializes in immigration bonding. Ted has worked for ACTION for eight years, and has more than 15 years of experience in Immigration, State and Federal bail bonds. Ted excels at educating people on how the immigration bail bond system works, and what is required so that the immigration bond can be executed smoothly and the loved one can be brought home. Ted is a native Floridian and lives in Miami-Dade County. After serving in the Marine Corp, Ted was honorably discharged and went on to work in law enforcement for the City of Plantation. Ted has helped thousands of people get out of jail and resume their lives.

Erick Henriquez
Erick was born in Honduras and brings youth and exuberance to the Action team. In just a year and a half he has become instrumental to the daily operations of the agency. While primarily an account manager, he specializes in bond cancellations and discharges, return of collateral, payoff and loan servicing as well as a myriad of other important duties. He also assists Jeremy with many important day to day projects and tasks. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Erick displays the characteristics of a man ahead of his time. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, volley ball, and is a talented billiards player.

Eduardo Nunez
Eduardo was born in Lima, Peru and has a degree in accounting. His meticulous work habits and attention to detail helps him to manage large accounts with patience and diligence. An integral member of the Action team, Eduardo specializes in risk management and is one of the key components of Action’s credit card resign program. He also handles new client accounts and provides customer support for existing cases. He has two beautiful children with his wife Nancy and in his spare time enjoys jogging and road biking.

Keny Vanessa Green
Vanessa was born in Lima, Peru and has a degree in law as well as political sciences from the University San Martin in Lima. With a strong background in criminology and administration, she came to the United States eight years ago and has been living here ever since. At Action, she assists our Chief Operational Officer Margy with the day to day operations of the business. Amongst other things, Vanessa handles new client correspondence, file management, data entry and legal correspondence. Vanessa is fluent in English, Spanish as well as Chinese. She has been happily married for the past eight years and enjoys traveling around the U.S. taking in the history of this great nation.

Rick Villegas
Rick is one of the most recent additions to the Action team. While Rick was born in Miami, FL, most of his family is originally from Peru. For the past eight years Rick has been in the restaurant business and has decided to work with Action to gain experience in an office environment. He is currently attending Broward Community College to study radiology. His duties here at Action include but are not limited to data entry, customer service as well as new client accounts. He is currently training with Flor to learn liability management. Rick is fluent in English and Spanish and is highly motivated to learn more about the immigration bonding industry. Rick enjoys playing a variety of different sports such as basketball, football, bowling and soccer. Rick is a Miami Dolphin and Miami Heat fan and enjoys watching and attending games whenever possible. He also enjoys cooking for himself, family and friends whenever he has the time.

Joel Melgarejo
Joel joined the Action team in early 2010 and is currently the data entry manager for Action. Joel was raised in Peru and came to the United States at the early age of nine. He attended high school in Cooper City where he currently resides. Joel is fluent in both English and Spanish. Amongst other duties, Joel answers inbound phone calls, provides assistance for new and existing customers, updates all new bonds posted by Action and scans and assigns all documents related to each Alien file. He ensures that client’s information is up to date so that our clients can be properly notified for any important matters. Joel brings youth and exuberance to the Action team. In his spare time, Joel is an avid soccer player and enjoys spending time at the beach.

Carmen Henriquez
Carmen recently graduated from Miramar High School and plans on attending Florida Atlantic University to study Biomedical Engineering. She was born and raised in Honduras and came to live in the U.S. back in 2009. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Carmen’s job consists of answering inbound phone calls, filing away recorded mortgages and alien applications. Working at Action Immigration Bonds has been an incredible experience for her and has taught her how to work in a professional office environment. She feels right at home here at Action and considers our team to be an extended family in which our main goal is to do the best for our clients. In her spare time she enjoys playing pool, soccer and various extracurricular activities that involve her education.

Flor De Almeida
Flor was born in Lima, Peru and has been living in the U.S. for 6 years. Flor specializes in account management and handles client correspondence and collections. She deals with all I 340 (Notices to Appear) and I 323 (Breaches) and assesses files to ensure that our bonds remain in good standing. She also assists clients with facilitating verification of departure from the U.S. and correspondence with the various ICE-ERO (Immigration and Customs Enforcement- Enforcement and Removal Operations) offices. Flor loves working at Action because she is always helping people through difficult times and that gives her great personal fulfillment. She is here to provide them with support and her goal is to give her best everyday and to grow professionally and personally day in and day out. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and loves visiting Peru.

Gabriel Wolf
Gabe is one of the newest and youngest member of the Action team. He specializes in data entry and Microsoft Office applications. He has a keen business sense at such a young age and displays the attributes of a young entrepenour. He currently attends the University School at Nova Southeastern and is entering his junior year. He is planning to attend the University of Florida for business and sports management. Gabe is an avid Miami Heat fan and plays basketball for his school team.
